Karen O guests on cult director David Lynch's debut album

Cult film director David Lynch’s debut album will see Yeah Yeah Yeahs frontwomanKaren O adding guest vocals to a track called 'Pinky's Dream'.

The album, 'Crazy Clown Time', is made up of 14 songs and is due out November 7 on the Sunday Best label. Lynch, best known as the visionary behind films such as Blue Velvet and Mulholland Drive, plays guitar and sings on the album, which includes the previously released tracks 'Good Day Today' and 'I Know'. Lynch calls the sound of the album "modern blues" and adds:

The love of experimenting with sound and music is what was driving this boat. All of the songs on the album started as a jam. The jams eventually found a form and lyrics appeared.
